The deposit, explained
Every booking takes a $50 deposit at checkout. It comes straight off your final bill. Reschedule any time up to 24 hours before and it moves with you. Inside 24 hours, or a no-show, and the deposit covers the lost appointment.
How it works
Three steps, and you never leave the house.

Book online
Choose your package, vehicle size and a time that suits you. Pay the $50 deposit and you are confirmed. You will get a reminder the day before.

We arrive, you relax
We bring the products, tools and towels. All we need from you is access to an outdoor tap and a power outlet, and the keys. Work from home, walk the dog, whatever you like.
03
Walk around, then pay the rest
We do a walkaround with you before we leave so you can check every panel and seat. Pay the balance by card or e-transfer, with the deposit already taken off.

Travel is included across North Vancouver, West Vancouver and the City of Vancouver. A small flat travel fee applies further out, shown at booking so there are no surprises.

Questions
Good to know before you book.
Do I need to be home?
Not for the whole visit. We need the keys and access to a tap and an outlet at the start, and five minutes for the walkaround at the end.
What do you need from me?
A standard outdoor hose tap and a regular outlet within reach of the car. If you are in a parkade or condo, message us when you book and we will confirm it works.
How long does it take?
A Refresh is about 90 minutes. An Interior or Exterior Detail is 2 to 3 hours, a Full Detail 3 to 4, and a Premium Full can run 5 or more depending on the car.
What about rain?
Light rain is fine for interiors and we work under cover when we can. If the weather makes an exterior impossible, we move your booking at no charge and your deposit stays with you.
